Fiebig Dewatering Machines
Overview.
The mixture of sand, grit and water is transported to the wheel by a suction dredger, an air pressure dredger, a floating grabber or a preparation plant. The solids store in the tub of the wheel and are transported by the wheel. The cups of the wheel are equipped with special synthetic screens with different column weights. The extended suction chambers create a natural vacuum, which reduces the dewatering grade to a minimum.
Installed in the tub are numerous adjustable overflow weirs. These weirs allow extraction or dropout of sublest sand. Our specialists are at your disposal for the construction of the dewatering wheels.
Dewatering wheel E 80 FS + E 150 FS
For recycling - water streaming device to clear out fine sand. The waste water with the fine sand is transported to the wheel.
E 150 FS, dewatered and delivered. The overflow water is stored in a tank and then added to the processing water by a pump.
Dewatering wheels E 120 FS and E 120 FSISA 10
Are charged by a suction dredger with two different sands are produced. In the first wheel the raw sand is dewatered and dumped. The overflow water with the fine sands is transported to the E 120 FSISA 10. In the
10 m long tube the finest particles sedimate and settle on the bottom of the tube and are transported to the wheel by the coil.

Fiebig Wet-screen plant for direct charging attached Dewatering wheel E300 FS
Charging over tight boxes, double-deck riddling machine for breakup of 2-32 mm. Cleaning of the grain 2-32 mm by Fiebig log-washer. The water-sand-mixture 0-2 is transported into a E300FS, the sand slugged and dewatered by the wheel body and is dumped by a pivoting heap belt.
E 120 FS
For dewatering of sand 0-2 mm out of an upstream classifier. With pivoting heap conveyor belt.
